Halley is a seasoned digital communications strategist. In the past, she’s worked in sectors related to education, civic engagement, and social justice. During the 2018 and 2020 elections, Halley worked for a non-partisan voter registration organization in the United States to increase voter turnout among young people. She specializes in social media and email marketing, content creation, podcast and video production, SEO strategy and website management. Halley has a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from the George Washington University and is a native English speaker with a B2 DELE diploma in Spanish. She currently lives in Málaga and possesses the right to work in the United States and Spain.
